James has spent more than ten years in addiction recovery, working one-on-one with clients as a sober coach and on the staff of a residential treatment program.
At Laurel & Oak he runs day-to-day operations: admissions, house standards and the routine that holds it all together. Residents' therapy and clinical care stay with their own providers.
